Steps:
- Cut pear into thin slices and add to top of mixed greens. In a small frying pan, add the olive oil and then the walnuts and sautée the walnuts until browned on both sides and crispy. Add the walnuts to the salad. Spread honey onto the bread, then add round slices of the goat cheese and put under a grill or oven broiler for about 1-2 minutes until the cheese is a bit melted and the bread browned at the edges. Add the goat cheese honey toasts to the salad and serve warm. Pour honey lightly over the salad and sprinkle olive oil and some balsamic vinaigrette. Bon appétit!

Steps:
- Mix the sugar and goat milk together in a pan.
- Cook over medium high heat.
- Boil gently until mixture reaches the soft ball stage.
- Stir often to keep it from sticking or burning.
- When it has reached the soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla, butter, and peanut butter.
- Beat by hand until thick.
- Pour into buttered 8x8 pan.
- Cut into 16 pieces.
