THE ELVIS SANDWICH

The Elvis Sandwich image

I saw this on the Food Network show, Baseball Cafe. They go round the country to different baseball stadiums and talk to those serving food to the fans. One vendor was making these sandwiches and stated that Elvis loved these so they named it "The Elvis Sandwich". This is the kind of sandwich I would have made when I was little except it is on a hot dog roll. They did not give the proportions so I will guess at them. They looked so good!

THE ELVIS SANDWICH

The King's favorite sandwich. Not that it does not contain bacon or mayo or any other junk you may have heard of. Even Priscilla Presley has stated that she never saw Elvis eat it any other way than this.
