- Combine 2 ounces vodka, 1 1/2 ounces Lillet Blanc and 1/4 ounce fresh orange juice in a shaker with ice and shake until cold, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
THE CLASSIC VODKA MARTINI

- Pour a little bit of dry vermouth in a chilled martini glass and swirl to
- coat the inside of the glass. Dispose of excess vermouth. In a shaker full of ice,
- gently swirl or stir the vodka before straining into glass.
- Serving suggestion: Garnish with olives or lemon twist and add rocks if you like.

This is a recipe I created because I simply love champagne and wanted to treat my champagne to a little treat.

- Fill a martini shaker half way with crushed ice, then add vodka and orange liqueur. Fill the rest of the way with champagne. Shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange slices.
