- 1. Place chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken.
- 2. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with hot cooked rice if desired.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine salsa, sugar and mustard. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in dish and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 20 minutes or more, depending on how big and thick the breasts are.
