1 pound ground beef
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon sugar
8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and the next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil. , Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened, 15-20 minutes. Spoon onto buns; top with cheese and lettuce.

1/4 cup refried beans
1 pound beef

Pizza crust
TOPPINGS:
Shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • Brown hamburger and mix with taco seasoning. Mix taco sauce, pizza sauce, and refried beans and spread on pizza crust. Next top with mozzarella cheese, followed by taco meat and with another layer of mozzarella cheese. Bake pizza at 480 degrees for 11 minutes. Cut pizza, then add the toppings.

1 can (11 ounces) vacuum-packed whole kernel corn
5 Old El Paso™ taco shells
Shredded lettuce, if desired

Steps:

  • Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in celery, onion, salsa and corn. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Heat taco shells as directed on package. Spoon beef mixture into taco shells. Top with lettuce.

25 hot dog or bratwurst buns, split
3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (12 oz)
3 cups shredded lettuce
2 large tomatoes, chopped (2 cups)
1 container (12 oz) sour cream

Steps:

  • In 12-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, place beef. Stir in refried beans, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning mix and salsa.
