2.5 lbs Round Steaks
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
28 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Onion (Diced into Large Chunks)
1 Green Bell Pepper (Diced into Large Chunks)

Steps:

  • Shake the steaks in flour in a gallon size zip lock bag to coat the steaks thoroughly with the flour.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pan on medium high heat. Cook the steaks on each sides until slightly brown (approximately 3-5 minutes on each side). Transfer the steaks to the crock pot.
  • Put the remaining ingredients in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes and enjoy!

1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
6 to 8 small red potatoes, cut into fourths
1 1/2 cups ready-to-eat baby-cut carrots
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Steps:

  • Cut beef into 6 serving pieces. Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Sprinkle beef with seasoned salt. Cook in skillet 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until brown.
  • In 4- to 5-quart slow cooker, layer potatoes, carrots, beef and onion. In medium bowl, mix tomatoes and gravy; spoon over mixture in slow cooker.
  • Cover; cook on Low heat setting 7 to 8 hours. Sprinkle with parsley. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 (14.5 ounce) can Cheddar cheese soup

1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon browning sauce (such as Kitchen Bouquet®), or to taste

Steps:

  • Place flour into a bowl. Dredge strips of round steak in flour to coat.

Steps:

  • Place onions in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Arrange beef on onions, overlapping to fit if needed. Sprinkle gravy mix (dry) over beef. Pour vegetable juice over all. Place celery on top.
