CHICKEN AND SWISS STUFFING BAKE
I love to cook but just don't have much time. This casserole is both comforting and fast, which makes it my favorite kind of recipe. I serve it with a green salad. -Jena Coffey, Sunset Hills, Missouri

Steps:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C). Grease a casserole dish and season your chicken breasts.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, mix the white wine (or the milk) with the can of cream of onion soup. Add a couple of spoonfuls of the soup and wine mixture to the casserole and spread it. Arrange your chicken breasts and cover each one of them with a slice of the cheese.
- 3. Pour the rest of the soup and wine mixture over the chicken and the cheese.
- 4. Pour the stuffing mix over the casserole and sprinkle it with the butter.
- 5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 10-15 more minutes or until golden brown.
- Pro tip: If you're going to freeze this casserole, it's better not to add the stuffing and add it whenever you're going to eat it. That way the bread won't get soggy while it thaws. In any case, serve over rice or with a side of steamed green beans.

SWISS CHICKEN BAKE
This recipe comes from a dear friend of mine...such an easy recipe, and delicious! My kids love it. There's no need for potato, just served with your favorite veggies...your house will smell wonderful as this bakes. My crumbs look darker, as I toasted them that way... Enjoy! It really is delicious! Although she won't want...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degree F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium skillet; saute croutons with the butter until toasty.
- 2. Place the chicken into that baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place a slice of cheese on each breast. Mine were pretty big, so I used 2 slices per breast.
- 3. Mix the soup with water. Spread over the cheese. Sprinkle the browned croutons evenly over the soup.
- 4. Place in oven, and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes if using thicker chicken. If it starts to get too dark for your liking cover with foil. Enjoy!

SWISS 'N' CHICKEN BAKE
Such an easy dish to make when you're rushed, and hearty, filling, and tasty too. You could add your favorite vegetables instead of, or in addition to, the celery. The original recipe came from Kraft, though I have added some changes of my own. Photo: kraftrecipes.com 11-09-14
