SWISS ALMOND CHEESE SPREAD
Found this while looking for a copycat recipe for Olga's snackers. This is not exactly what they serve with them, but it looks yummy, anyway.

Steps:
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the Swiss cheese, 1/3 cup almonds, mayonnaise, onions, pepper and nutmeg.
- Spoon onto a lightly greased pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 14-15 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with remaining almonds. Serve warm with crackers.

DEVILED HAM AND SWISS CHEESE SPREAD
Remember Underwood Deviled Ham in a can? I developed this spread because it's homemade, healthier, and... I know what's in it, lol. Serve with crackers as an appetizer or as a sandwich between 2 slices of bread.

ALMOND SWISS CHEESE SPREAD
With holiday parties just around the corner, I'm sharing a quick and very tasty appetizer. I am asked to bring it year after year.

- Combine all ingredients (save a few almonds to garnish the top). Spread in a 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (stir once after 8 minutes). Remove from oven, garnish with reserved almonds. Serve with your favorite cracker.
NUTTY SWISS-CHEDDAR-PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD
For crackers, celery sticks, apple slices, or toasted sandwiches! Sixty (60) servings on crackers is a complete guess; I plan to make sandwiches from mine, but don't know how many it will make!

- Toast pecans in a medium-hot iron skillet ~ constantly stirring to prevent burning! Set aside to cool.
- Drain pimentos in a wire strainer, covered with a folded paper towel, for about 1/2 hour.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Use a food processor, if you have one!
- Refrigerate cheese spread for a few hours, to allow flavors to meld.
- Makes approximately 4 cups. Serve with crackers, celery sticks, sliced apples, or make toasted sandwiches!
- Enjoy!

Ham and Swiss go together like PB&J, and works particularly well in this spread for rye crackers. Or spread it on toast and broil for a hot appetizer. Best of all, it can be made up to 2 days in advance.

- With a rubber spatula, mash the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and horseradish in a medium bowl until smooth. Mix in the ham, Swiss cheese, and onion. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve chilled with crisp rye crackers, toasted rye or pumpernickel bread, or flatbread crisps. The spread may be prepared up to 2 days ahead. Try leftovers spread on toast and broiled until bubbling.
- Yield: 2-1/2 cups

- Let cheese stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. In small bowl pour boiling water over cherries. Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain cherries well. Pat dry with paper towels. Chop cherries. Set aside.
- In food processor bowl combine Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, butter, mustard, nutmeg and salt. Cover and process until nearly smooth. Transfer to medium bowl. Fold in cherries and onions. Spread on KEEBLER WHEATABLES Nut Crisps Roasted Almond crackers to serve.
