These mixed berry smoothies with yogurt at packed with healthy and natural ingredients! They take less than 5 minutes to make and are the perfect way to start your mornings. This recipe makes 3-4 smoothies.

3 cups frozen mixed berries
2 frozen peeled and diced bananas (or not frozen)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 ½ to 2 cups milk (plus more as needed)
1 ½ tablespoons honey (plus more to taste)

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients into a large countertop blender. I use a 72-ounce capacity blender.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth or until desired consistency. If too thick, add more milk as needed. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

1 (16 ounce) package fresh strawberries, hulled
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
3 cups ice cubes
1 (16 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt

Steps:

  • Blend strawberries, bananas, half of the ice cubes, and yogurt in a blender on high until smooth. Add the remaining ice and blend further until smooth again. Serve immediately.
