SUPREME CHEESEBURGERS
When beef patties are mixed with a mélange of veggies and spices and topped with mozzarella, they're no longer mere burgers. They're Supreme Cheeseburgers.

Steps:
- Mix meat, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the onion, peppers, olives, mushrooms and seasonings until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add patties; cover. Cook on medium heat 4 to 6 min. on each side or until cooked through. Top with tomatoes and the remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover. Cook 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.

PERFECT GRILLED BURGERS

- Preheat a grill to medium high. Form ground beef (preferably chuck) into 6-ounce patties and make an indentation in each. Season the patties on both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly brush the grill grates with vegetable oil, then grill the patties, indentation-side up, until marked on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook until marked and slightly firm, about 3 more minutes for medium doneness. For cheeseburgers, top with 2 slices cheese during the last minute of cooking; cover the grill to melt.
SUPREME CHEESEBURGERS

- Saute onion for five minutes. Mix all ingredients (except cheese) together.
- Grill for six minutes on each side.
- Place you favorite Kraft Cheese slice on top and remove from grill when melted. Serve at once.

- In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight 3/4-in.-thick patties. , Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160° and meat is no longer pink. Top each burger with a cheese slice. Grill 1-2 minutes longer or until the cheese begins to melt. Serve on buns.
