1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 cup KRAFT FREE Shredded Non-Fat Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup each: chopped green pepper, pitted black olives and mushrooms
1 tsp. each: garlic salt and dried oregano leaves
1 small tomato, cut into 4 slices
4 lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • Mix meat, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the onion, peppers, olives, mushrooms and seasonings until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
  • Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add patties; cover. Cook on medium heat 4 to 6 min. on each side or until cooked through. Top with tomatoes and the remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover. Cook 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve on lettuce leaves.

  • Preheat a grill to medium high. Form ground beef (preferably chuck) into 6-ounce patties and make an indentation in each. Season the patties on both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly brush the grill grates with vegetable oil, then grill the patties, indentation-side up, until marked on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook until marked and slightly firm, about 3 more minutes for medium doneness. For cheeseburgers, top with 2 slices cheese during the last minute of cooking; cover the grill to melt.

1 lb ground sirloin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1 Tbsp catsup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp fine herbs crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Worcestershire
1 slice favorite Kraft Cheese

Steps:

  • Saute onion for five minutes. Mix all ingredients (except cheese) together.
  • Grill for six minutes on each side.
  • Place you favorite Kraft Cheese slice on top and remove from grill when melted. Serve at once.

1 egg
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef
8 slices cheddar cheese
8 hamburger buns, split

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight 3/4-in.-thick patties. , Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160° and meat is no longer pink. Top each burger with a cheese slice. Grill 1-2 minutes longer or until the cheese begins to melt. Serve on buns.
