- Mix shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, celery, bacon, Cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and seafood seasoning in a large bowl.
- Chill shrimp mixture until flavors combine, at least 1 hour. Spoon into green bell pepper.
