SUPER-EASY MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

Steps:

• Empty entire jar of peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
• Heat vanilla frosting in its container (make sure you pull off all the foil lining) in microwave for about 60 seconds or until completely melted.
• Pour the melted frosting in the bowl with the peanut butter and mix well.
• Quickly pour the mixture into a 9x13 pan, allow fudge to set, cut into small squares, and enjoy!

SUPER EASY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

Steps:

• 1. Butter an 8 x 8" baking dish or any dish of similar size. I used a pie plate for this photo. Have all ingredients measured out before starting since you'll be stirring constantly once you start.
• 2. In a saucepan over MEDIUM heat, bring the sugar and milk to a boil, stirring constantly. Once it's bubbling all over, boil for EXACTLY 2 1/2 minutes. (I set the timer on the microwave. Really.)
• 3. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract. Then stir in the peanut butter. Blend well, but quickly, until smooth.
• 4. Pour into buttered dish and smooth out. Cool before cutting into pieces.

SUPER EASY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

Steps:

• Prepare a 9x11 glass dish by buttering the bottom.
• In heavy bottom sauce pan combine sugar and milk.
• Measure and set aside remaining ingredients.
• Cook over MEDIUM HEAT (temperature too high will cause it to reach temperature sooner and lead to overcooking) stirring occasionally till it comes to a boil then stir constantly.
• Let boil for 4 minutes EXACTLY, over cooking leads to crumbly fudge as it has moved past softball stage and into softcrack (measure from the first sight of littlest bubbles or use a thermometer - softball stage) I use a stop watch. Remove from heat.
• Stir in remaining ingredients till all melted and smooth.
• Pour into prepared dish and refrigerate until firm.

Steps:

• 1. Using large bowl, combine all ingredients; microwave on high for 3 minutes. After removing from the microwave, stir until smooth. Place in lightly buttered 8" X 8" glass baking dish.

Steps:

• Microwave butter and peanut butter in microwave safe bowl on high for 2 minutes. Remove and stir. Microwave on high for 2 more minutes.
• Remove and add vanilla and powdered sugar to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine. Mixture will be lumpy at first, just keep stirring and mixing until it looks smooth.
• Pour into a buttered 8x8inch pan lined with wax paper. Place a second sheet of wax paper on top of the fudge and rub your hand over the top to smooth it out. Refrigerate until cool and firm.
