3 cups fresh peaches, peeled pitted sliced (3 cups frozen unsweetened peach slices thawed or 3 cups unsweetened strawberries fresh or frozen)
6 ounces frozen limeade concentrate or 6 ounces lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup light rum or 1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 -3 cups ice cubes
peaches, chunks (to garnish) or strawberry (to garnish)

Steps:

  • In a blender combine 3 cups fruit, limeade concentrate, rum and powdered sugar. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, gradually add ice cubes through opening in lid until mixture is desired thickness.
  • If desired, garnish with peach chunks or small fresh strawberries threaded on wooden skewers.

1 lb fresh strawberries
0.25 (14 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
0.25 (14 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
3 -4 cups ice
8 shots white rum

Steps:

  • Cut off tops of strawberries.
  • Combine ingredients in blender. The blender should be about half strawberries and half ice with the concentrates filling in the gaps.
  • Add rum to taste.
  • Blend!

1/4 cup water
1/3 cup lime juice
1 quart fresh strawberries, washed
2 cups granulated sugar

Steps:

  • Combine sugar, lime juice and water in a bowl. Stir to mix and then let stand until sugar is almost completely dissolved, about 15 minutes (mixture will be thick).
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the sugar and lime juice with the berries (stems removed). Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze until firm, then unmold and pack into resealable freezer bags. Alternately, pack into freezer containers and freeze. Mixture will become solid, but will have consistency of a very firm sherbet, so you'll be able to scoop portions from main batch, then reseal mixture and store again in freezer.
  • For each strawberry daiquiri: In blender jar, combine 3 tablespoons rum (light or dark), 1/4 cup Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Mix (2 average-sized cubes that have been frozen in ice cube trays) and about 3/4 cup of ice cubes (7 or 8 average sized cubes). Blend until smooth. For a non-alcoholic frozen drink, replace the rum with unsweetened pineapple juice.
  • For a Strawberry Pina Colada: In blender jar, combine 3 tablespoons rum (light or dark), 1/4 cup Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Mix, 3 tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon coconut cream and about 3/4 cup of ice cubes. For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.

1 (6 ounce) can pink lemonade, softened but not thawed
3/4 cup light rum
4 -5 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place all but ice in a blender.
  • Blend on high for 15 seconds.
  • Add the ice, 1 or 2 pieces at a time, and process until the ice is crushed and mixed well, about 40 seconds.
  • Pour into 4 glasses and ENJOY!
