- Heat oven to 300°F. Spray with cooking spray or grease 15x10x1-inch pan.
- In very large bowl, mix cereals, corn snacks and peanuts. In small bowl, beat egg whites, orange juice, sugar and cinnamon with wire whisk or hand beater until foamy. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Spread in pan.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until light brown and crisp. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Store in airtight container.

I found a few ideas online for cookies and muffins and such, but none of them really appealed to me, so I decided to experiment. These are the result...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a baking tray.
- 2. Stir together the butter or c.o., sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt. Blend in the pancake mix.
- 3. Shape into 1 in. balls and roll in the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place on the tray 2 in. apart.
- 4. Bake 8-10 min. until golden brown.
- 5. **I made these with 1c sucanat and they were PLENTY sweet. If I had used regular brown sugar, they would have definitely been too sweet(for me). Next time, I will reduce the sugar.

- In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and molasses. - Heat oven to 300°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, water and egg white with electric mixer on high speed 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture is frothy. With rubber spatula, fold in nuts until evenly coated. Spread mixture evenly in pan.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nuts are fragrant and toasted. Cool completely in pan, about 30 minutes. Stir in chocolate candies. Store in tightly covered container.
