This is an unbelievably awesome substitute. It works great and I think it tastes better then the real stuff. I was making fudge the other day and half way through realized that I didn't have any sweetened condensed milk. This worked great.

1 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. mix all ingredients together and use as a substitute for sweetened condensed milk in recipes for pies, bars and desserts
