NACHO DIP
A yummy dip,great for get togethers....very addictive. I have also seen this dip with a layer of ground beef spiced with taco seasoning added in ! YUM!

Steps:
- Blend first three ingredients together.
- Spread over 12 inch pizza pan or other large plate or platter.
- Chill for one hour (if you have time, if not don't worry about it).
- Add salsa sauce over top.
- Alternate cheese,green peppers, onions, tomatoes.
- Cover& chill.
- Serve with Nacho chips for dipping.
- Regular or bite sized.
- Very addictive!

- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a 9x12 baking dish layer ingredients:.
- Refried beans.
- Ground beef.
- Salsa.
- Shredded cheese.
- Olives.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is well melted.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Best served with doritos or plain tortilla chips! Don't forget sour cream!

Steps:
- Layer the 2 packages of cream cheese on the bottom of a glass square 8x8 baking dish. Cover evenly with the 2 cans of hormel chili. Cover with the shredded cheese (some people use only half the bag -- I use the whole bag, it depends on what you like). Put in microwave (or oven) leave in until cheese in center is bubbly.
THE BEST NACHO DIP EVER
I found this recipe on the web and modified it to include fat-free or low fat ingredients, when possible. It is absolutely the best nacho dip ever. I think it's the cocktail sauce that makes all the difference. Try to allow at least 2 hours "cure" time in the fridge. An overnight stay is even better!

- Thoroughly mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayo.
- Spread evenly in the bottom of a serving dish or plastic container with lid.
- Layer the remaining ingredients, in order, over your base layer.
- Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve alone or with nacho chips.
