Started making this as I decided to incorporate more soy in my diet, it is an easy way to add soy to your diet. Soy delicious :)

1 cup 8th continent vanilla-flavored soymilk (or your favorite)
8 fresh strawberries, slice in half
1 medium ripe banana, cut in thirds
Splenda sugar substitute, as needed
4 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Blenderize, pour into a cute serving glass, insert straw and enjoy.
  • For a smoothie, freeze fruit in plastic zip top baggie and slightly defrost in microwave before dumping in blender and omit the ice cubes.

This is a fast vegan smoothie with a deep pink color and a rich, creamy texture. VERY filling, and perfect for people in a rush in the morning. You don't have to give up a good breakfast when it's this fast to make! I use vitamin fortified soy milk.

1 cup soy milk
½ cup rolled oats
1 banana, broken into chunks
14 frozen strawberries
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons white sugar

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

2 cups soft or silken tofu
2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and stems removed
1/2 cup plain soy milk
1/2 cup ice
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons strawberry jam

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
  • 2. Pour and serve.
