STRAWBERRY / BANANA BELGIAN WAFFLE SMORES

- 1. Place 1 quartered separated waffle on cookie sheet, add marshmallows to each quarter and optional chocolate chips .. put in broiler for approx. 1-2 minutes be careful not to burn ... remove from broiler add optional crushed walnuts, strawberries and banana slices .. top with other quartered waffle, press down lightly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm. Enjoy !
- 2. Note: you can substitute with other fruits of your choice such as canned peaches (juice drained), blueberries, raspberries. *Recipe can easily be doubled For simpler and quicker way use 8 toaster waffles

- 1. Preheat grill to medium-low (250° to 300°F). Place 8 cookies, bottom side up, on outer edge of grill rack; top each with 3 candy bar rectangles. Grill several minutes, just until chocolate begins to soften. Remove from grill and set aside. 2. Meanwhile, thread strawberries onto 2 skewers.* Thread marshmallows onto separate skewers. Place skewers on grill. Grill until strawberries begin to soften and marshmallows are golden and puffy. 3. Remove skewers from grill. Remove strawberries from skewers; cut in half and place on candy on cookie. Top with 1 toasted marshmallow and another cookie. Serve immediately.

- Heat your grill over medium heat or turn your oven to broil. Line a quarter sheet baking tray with parchment paper.
- Break graham crackers in half and place on a quarter sheet baking tray.
- Break up chocolate bars in two piece chunks and center them on the graham crackers.
- Top each with sliced strawberries, followed by a marshmallow.
- Broil until the marshmallow melts, about 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye on them since they can burn quickly.
- Once the marshmallows are toasted to your liking, remove the pan and press another graham cracker square down on each stack.
