Somewhere between a sangria and a spritz, this rose based cocktail is light, fresh and fruity. It's the perfect drink for a warm summer day - or just when you wish it was.

1 750-ml bottle dry rosé
1/3 cup orange-flavored vodka
1/4 cup elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup diced watermelon
Cold seltzer, for topping

Steps:

  • Combine the rosé, vodka, elderflower liqueur, strawberries and watermelon in a 64-ounce jar. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, pour into glasses filled with ice and top with cold seltzer.

3/4 cup limoncello
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 750-milliliter bottle demi-sec rosé champagne, chilled
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced, seeds discarded

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the limoncello and the strawberries. Top with the chilled rosé champagne and stir in half of the lemon wheels. Pour the sangria into ice-filled stemware. Scoop some fruit into each glass and garnish with a lemon wheel. You can also make this with a non-sparkling dry rosé wine.
