1 lb ground beef
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
1/2 cup water
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (8 ounce) package corn muffin mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onion

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, beans, water and taco seasoning mix. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  • Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions. Drop small spoonfuls of muffin batter over meat mixture in a skillet.
  • Cover and cook over medium-low heat 15-17 minutes or until corn bread is done.
  • Top with cheese and green onion. Cover and cook over low heat until cheese melts.

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup KRAFT Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas), thawed, drained
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in barbecue sauce.
  • Spoon meat mixture into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with vegetables, cheese and stuffing.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup cauliflower, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup peas
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
paprika

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a 9 inch skillet, add carrot and cauliflower, cover and cook (stirring) for a few minutes.
  • Add green onions, peas, and parsley, cover and cook for about a minute.
  • Mix the eggs, milk, feta cheese, thyme, pepper, and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs in a bowl.
  • Pour over veggies (cover the surface), and sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top.

1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can(s) fill 1/2 the soup can with milk
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp beef soup base
3-4 c mashed potatoes
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat; drain.
  • 2. Stir in the thawed mixed veggies. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Stir together cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic poswer and beef boullion granules until well blended; stir into ground beef mixture. Cook over medium heat; stirring frequently for until well combined.
