11 ounce(s) butterscotch chips
1 1/2 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup(s) creamy peanut butter
2 cup(s) thin pretzel sticks
2 cup(s) dry roasted peanuts
10 ounce(s) chocolate-covered raisins

Steps:

  • BUTTER a 9x13 inch glass baking dish
  • MICROWAVE 1 1/3 cups butterscotch morsels, semi-sweet morsels and peanut butter in large, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100 percent) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • ADD pretzels, peanuts and chocolate covered raisins; stir well to coat. Spread into prepared baking dish.
  • PLACE remaining butterscotch morsels in small, heavy-duty plastic bag. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70 percent) power for 30 seconds; knead bag to mix. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to drizzle over candy.
  • REFRIGERATE for 1 hour or until firm. Break into bite-size pieces

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup nutella
1 cup hazelnuts, toasted & chopped (see instructions)
1 cup cocktail peanuts
2 cups chow mein noodles

Steps:

  • Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.
  • (I believe 1 sheet is for toasting the nuts& the second sheet is for the candy.) In a bowl, melt the white chocolate chips& PB chips in microwave on medium power for 2 minutes.
  • (Also can be melted in a double boiler) Add Nutella& stir until smooth to the melted chips.
  • Gently fold in nuts& noodles until completely combined.
  • Drop by heaping tablespoons onto prepared sheet and allow to set for 30 minutes.
  • Store in airtight container.
  • -----Totoast hazelnuts----.
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Spread hazelnuts on baking sheet& toast until lightly brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Allow nuts to cool completely before handling.
  • If using hazelnuts with skin on, rub them together in kitchen towel after cooling to remove skins.
