GRILLED CORN WITH SRIRACHA MAYO
Steps:
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Coat the corn evenly with the oil. Grill the corn, turning so that it cooks evenly and grill marks form, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice and chili powder until smooth.
- Coat the corn with the mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro, if using, and garnish with more chili powder for extra heat.

Steps:
- Dressing: Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Process for about 1 minute until emulsified. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, McCormick® ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, lime zest, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Thread shrimp onto soaked bamboo skewers.
- Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place shrimp skewers and the corn on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 4 minutes, then flip skewers. Grill for 3 minutes on the second side, then take the skewers off the grill. Rotate corn to get light grill marks. (Corn will take about 5 minutes longer than the shrimp.) Take the corn off the grill.
- Pull the shrimp off the skewers. Slice corn off the cob.
- Assemble the salad: On a platter, arrange the mixed baby greens. Scatter the tomatoes, radishes, and avocado on top. Add the shrimp and corn. Scatter sliced scallion over the salad. Drizzle with the dressing. Serve!

- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Coat the Walmart® Fresh Antibiotic-Free Salmon portions with the olive oil and sprinkle the salt evenly on both sides. Set aside.
- Make the lemon-sesame sauce: In a small bowl, combine the shallot, lemon zest and juice, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper and whisk until well combined.
- Place the lemon slices on the grill and cook for 60-90 seconds on each side, until charred. Remove from the grill and set aside.
- Place the salmon fillets, skin-side down, on the grill. Cook with the lid closed for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and has lightly charred grill marks on the flesh side.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a serving platter and spoon half the sauce over each fillet. Garnish with the charred lemon slices and basil.
