SAUSAGE CHEESE PUFFS
I had some spicy sausage to use up that I bought by accident. So I decided to make these puffs. My family thought they were so good even with the spicy sausage they are not to spicy but give enough bite to know that spicy sausage is been used. I got it from Tops courtesy of Bob Evans Farms.

SAUSAGE CHEESE PUFFS
This one is always a hit at the potlucks at work! My mom used to make these for family get-togethers and company potlucks and everyone loved them! She passed the recipe down to me:) These are perfect for potlucks or movie nights with the family. Sometimes I make a batch all for myself and just heat them up for a snack throughout...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375
- 2. Grate the 16oz of cheese. I recommend leaving it out for at least 30 minutes to an hour before so that it'll get to room temperature. This makes it much easier to grate.
- 3. Combine the sausage, grated cheese and 2 cups of bisquick into a large bowl and knead into a large ball.
- 4. Roll as many puffs as you can out of it. They should be about the size of a golf ball. I usually end up with about 16 of them. Place them in a 13x9 baking pan or cookie sheet. You will need 2.
- 5. Put them into the oven for 15-20 minutes
- 6. Enjoy :)
