●1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
● 2/3 cup (5 fluid-ounce can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
●2 tablespoons butter or margarine
●1/4 teaspoon salt
●2 cups miniature marshmallows
● 1 2/3 cups (11-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
●1/2 cup chopped nuts
●1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Line 8-inch-square baking pan with foil.
  • Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared baking pan; refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into 48 pieces.

1 teaspoon plus 2 tablespoons butter, divided
1-2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 package (10 to 11 ounces) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1 teaspoon maple flavoring

Steps:

  • Line an 8-in. square pan with foil and grease the foil with 1 teaspoon butter; set aside., In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, salt and remaining 2 tablespoons butter; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. , Remove from heat; add the marshmallows, chips, nuts and maple flavoring. Stir until marshmallows and chips are melted. Spoon into prepared pan. Let stand until set., Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Discard foil; cut fudge into 1-in squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

1 teaspoon plus 3/4 cup butter or margarine, divided
3 cups sugar
1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 to 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 package (11 ounces) butterscotch chips
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped almonds or pecans, toasted

Steps:

  • Line a 13x9-in. pan with foil. Butter foil with 1 teaspoon butter; set aside. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and remaining butter. Cook over medium heat until candy thermometer reads 238° (soft-ball stage), stirring constantly., Remove from the heat. Stir in the chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Cool completely., Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Discard foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store in an airtight container.

Oh soo good! A nice alternative to traditional chocolate fudge. This recipe is a family favorite.

1 cup almonds
3 cups white sugar
1 cup butter
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
½ cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 cups butterscotch chips
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Butter a 9x13 inch pan and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Arrange almonds on a cookie sheet and place in oven to toast. Stir frequently. Do not burn. Remove from oven and set aside.
  • In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin, and spice; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling over medium heat until mixture reaches 234 degrees F (118 degrees C) on a candy thermometer, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in butterscotch chips. When chips are melted, add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla. Mix until well blended.
  • Immediately pour butterscotch mixture into prepared pan. Spread evenly. Cool at room temperture. Cut into squares, and store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
