1/4 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup snow peas
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. oil
2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Steps:

  • Mix first 3 ingredients. Add 1 Tbsp. dressing mixture to chicken; toss to coat. Let stand 5 min.
  • Stir-fry chicken and vegetables in hot oil in nonstick wok or large skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until chicken is done.
  • Add remaining dressing mixture; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. Serve over rice.

8 ounces angel hair pasta, uncooked
2 cups broccoli florets
1 ib. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup kraft asian toasted sesame dressing
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/3 cup planters dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 minutes of the pasta cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on med-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6-8 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper; cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
