Mama Mia Julia Belle... so yummy. You will bake two of these just to have one for leftovers because rest assured the first one will be gone!!

8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup parmesan cheese
24 ounces ricotta cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
8 ounces mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line 13 x 9 pan with Reynolds non stick foil with non stick side towards food.
  • Coat hot spaghetti with butter add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese stir to coat.
  • Spread spaghetti in pan. Spread ricotta over spaghetti and then sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan cheese on top.
  • Brown hamburger in separate pan and drain, add sauce. Heat hamburger and sauce for 10-15 minutes.
  • Spoon sauce over spaghetti mixture in 13 X 9 pan and top with mozzarella and remaining parmesan.
  • Cover with non stick foil and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Remove cover and continue baking for 15 minutes or until cheese are lightly browned. Enjoy -- mama mia.

Easy spaghetti dish with a little twist!

1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
2 pounds ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
2 (26.5 ounce) cans meatless spaghetti sauce
1 (16 ounce) container fat-free sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup Parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a deep 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Stir in the spaghetti. Boil the pasta until cooked through but still firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet over high heat; drain fat. Stir in the spaghetti sauce, sour cream, and 1 cup of the mozzarella. Mix in the cooked pasta. Transfer pasta mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup of mozzarella and the Parmesan cheese. Cover pan with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in preheated oven until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
