SOY LIME GLAZED PORK CHOPS
Steps:
- 1. Mix the soy sauce, honey, lime juice and zest, and Hoisin sauce together in a bowl.
- 2. Trim and pat-dry the pork chops. Place the flour on a shallow bowl and seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge the chops in the flour and shake off excess. Add the oil to the skillet and then the chops, cook until lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Turn and repeat on the other side until lightly browned, about 2 minutes more. Transfer the chops to a plate.
- 3. Add the scallion whites and garlic to the pan and cook stirring until wilted, about 30 seconds. Add the soy mixture and increase the heat to high and cook, scraping up any browned bits with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens. Return the chops to the pan and cook, turning often, until glazed and hot, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve chops drizzled with glaze, scallions tops scattered over, and greens if desired.

HONEY-SOY GLAZED PORK CHOPS
I found this recipe on another website, however I do not remember which one. This is quick and easy to prepare. The sauce is delicious served over rice. Do not cook the sauce too long as the soy sauce can become very intense. I usually double the sauce mixture and garlic but that is just my preference.

- Sprinkle with green onions for garnish, if desired.
SOY GLAZED PORK CHOPS
Steps:
- Use paper towel to pat dry the pork. Mix all the other ingredients in a small bowl, except the oil for cooking. Place the pork chops in the bowl, cover them with the marinate and let it marinate at least 30 minutes, up to 12 hours' time permitting in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 375°. Use paper towel to pat the pork of any excess marinade. Heat the oil in a large ovenproof skillet over high heat, add the pork chops and reduce the heat to medium-high. Seat the pork on both sides, 2 minutes each side, and then baste them with the marinade. Place the pan in the oven. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning once and basting generously with marinade. Remove from the oven and tent the pork in aluminum foil until ready to serve.
JAVA-SOY GLAZED PORK CHOPS
The java-soy glaze makes it all sound very fancy, but in fact these pork chops can be made with pantry ingredients in less than a half hour.
