SOY, GINGER AND LIME MARINADE FLANK STEAK

Steps:
- Marinade: 1. Roast whole limes on small baking tray for 10-12 minutes at 350. Cool. 2. COmbine all other ingredients in small bowl. WHen limes have cooled, cut in half and squeeze into bowl. (Marinade will make 3 cups and keeps in refrigerator for 2 weeks). Steak: 1. In a shallow dish, combine garlic, oil and marinade. Marinade for at least 6 hours, tuning steak once. 2. Pre-heat medium hot grill. Grill steak for 7-8 minutes each side for medium rare. 3. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes. SLice against grain into 1/4 inch slices.
SOY AND LIME STEAK MARINADE
This marinade is based off of a Rachael Ray marinade...I've just altered it a little to make it even easier. We like it on thin cut steaks and serve it with twice baked potatoes and broccoli. Yum!

- Mix all ingredients in a zip lock plastic bag and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Grill or cook in a skillet and enjoy!
