Number Of Ingredients 9

3 - 3 1/2 cups cooked chicken
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 apple - chopped
1/2 cup pecans - chopped
1/4 cup green onions - chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Add chicken, cranberries, pecans, apple and green onion to a medium-size bowl.
  • In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together mayonnaise, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour over chicken and other ingredients. Using a large spoon or spatula, toss all ingredients together until well mixed.
  • Serve immediately. It can be stored covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Delicious old south cranberry molded salad with mandarin oranges. Tastes delicious, looks beautiful, and is easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin or 1 (3 ounce) package cherry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Cool Whip, for topping (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix Jello with boiling water; stir until dissolved.
  • Add cranberry sauce, oranges, pineapple, and pecans.
  • Lightly spray a 4 cup ring mold or pretty glass dish that it will be served.
  • Add salad; cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 3 hours or till firm.
  • Serve with dollop of Cool Whip (optional).
