CREAMY HERB DIP
I still can't decide whether I like this dip better with cream cheese or without. Both ways are super tasty though and oh so good. And as far as dips for chips go, this one is a winning recipe.

Steps:
- Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, using a handheld or stand mixer, combine mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, if using, garlic, parsley, chives or green onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add tarragon, cilantro, basil or dill if you want to. Blend until nice and smooth.
- Refrigerate until set, at least an hour but honestly the longer the better. When I make this dip I do so in the morning so by the evening the flavors have totally melded together.
- Serve with your favorite vegetables or crackers. Enjoy every bite!
SOUR CREAM & FRESH HERB DIP
A delicious combination of fresh herbs and sour cream for your chips or veggies. You can even make this for over your baked potato. I made this all last summer for company and family while the fresh herbs were growing. It tastes better over time. Herbs must be fresh except cumin for this enjoyable dip.

SOUR CREAM FRUIT DIP
This is a great change from the usual fruit dip recipes and it is so easy to make with only three simple ingredients. It is a recipe from my niece who got it from a friend who prepares fruit trays for a major grocery store. The preparation time is an estimate of the time it takes to prepare the fruit.
