SNICKERS SALAD
Snickers Salad is a sweet and tart dessert salad made vanilla pudding, Snickers candy bars, Granny Smith apples and cool whip or whipped cream. Top this simple Snicker Apple Salad with a drizzle of caramel sauce and you've got an easy dessert worthy of holidays, family get togethers and potlucks. Perfect for summer, fall and all year round!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding and milk and smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) or whipped cream.
- Core and chop all but one of the apples. Toss with lemon juice or 7-Up if making this salad in advance. Pat dry.
- Chop all but one Snickers into bite sized pieces.
- Fold in the chopped apples and Snickers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, top with remaining apple and Snickers and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired. Enjoy!

- 1. Slice banana's and strawberries. Cut snack size snickers into thirds. In a large bowl stir all ingredients together and keep refrigerated until serving.
- 2. Sometimes I add Granny Smith apple pieces too.

Steps:
- Push popcicle sticks into Snickers bar from the bottom about half way up.
- Freeze Snickers until frozen solid.
- For the funnel cake batter, you can either buy the mix at the store or make your own batter (there are several one's on recipezaar).
- Dip frozen Snickers into the batter.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown (just a few minutes).
- Remove from oil and drain.
- Top with powdered sugar or caramel sauce if desired.

- Cut your Snicker bars and Granny Smith apples into bite size pieces.
- Cover and set aside.
- In large mixing bowl mix together the cream cheese, marshmallow fluff and whip until smooth and creamy (if cream cheese is not room temp it will be clumpy, and thats okay, its just better at room temp).
- Fold in cool whip.
- Fold in Snicker bars and apples.
- Garnish with cherries.
