2 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
1 can (6 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup plum jam

Steps:

  • In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, brown ribs on all sides. Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker; top with pineapple juice, onion and garlic. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender., Remove ribs; drain and discard cooking juices and onion. Return ribs to the slow cooker. Combine barbecue sauce and jam; pour over ribs. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.

1 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika, can substitue smoked paprika
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 lbs pork baby back ribs (leave the membrane on the ribs to help hold them together)
1 -1 1/2 cup sweet baby ray's barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
vegetable cooking spray

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, cayenne salt, and pepper.
  • Rub this mixture all over both sides of your ribs .
  • Arrange ribs in the slow cooker by standing them up against the wall of the pot, thicker side down and meaty side against the pot.
  • Pour barbecue sauce over the ribs, cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
  • Carefully remove the ribs, meat side down on a foil lined cookies sheet.
  • Let the braising liquid in the slow cooker settle, then skim off the fat with a large spoon.
  • Strain the braining liquid with a strainer into a pot. Simmer about medium-high until the sauce reduces to about 2 cups and is thicker. (Approximately 15 minutes).
  • Brush the ribs with some sauce and broil until they begin to brown, 2-4 minutes.
  • Turn the ribs over, meat side up, brush on more sauce and broil 2-4 more minutes.
  • Brush on more sauce, until the ribs appear well browned and sticky.
  • Transfer ribs to a cutting board, tent with foil and let rest for a few minutes. Serve with leftover sauce.

2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 lb. pork baby back ribs
3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • Mix seasonings until blended; rub onto both sides of ribs. Place half the ribs in single layer on large sheet of heavy-duty foil; wrap tightly. Repeat with remaining ribs on separate sheet of foil. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • Heat oven to 325°F. Unwrap ribs. Reserve 1/2 cup barbecue sauce; brush ribs with remaining sauce. Bring up foil sides; double fold top and one end of each packet to seal. Add 1/4 cup water to each packet through open end. Double-fold remaining ends, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Bake 2 hours or until ribs are done. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Add ribs to grill; brush evenly with half the reserved barbecue sauce. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
