Steps:
- Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl beat the eggs. Then add in the half and half, salt, pepper, cheeses, spinach and ham. Stir. Pour mixture into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours, or on LOW for 5 hours.
- Slice the quiche and serve.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
- Press spinach in an even, compact layer into the bottom of the prepared pie plate.
- Beat milk, ham, eggs, baking mix, onion, Cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese together in a bowl; pour over the spinach layer.
- Bake in preheated oven until quiche is set in the middle, 35 to 40 minutes.

- Spray 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, beat eggs, milk and Bisquick mix with whisk until well mixed. Add spinach, 1 1/2 cups feta cheese, the bell peppers, basil, garlic and sausage; stir well.
- Cover; cook on High heat setting 3 to 4 hours or on Low heat setting 5 to 6 hours. Quiche is done when center is set and edges are deep golden brown.
- Cut into pieces to serve. Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of feta cheese.

- Line bottom and sides of 6-quart slow cooker with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread frozen hash brown potatoes in single layer in bottom of slow cooker.
- In large bowl, beat Original Bisquick® mix, milk and eggs with whisk until well combined. Stir in spinach, cheese, pesto, garlic, tomato, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture evenly over potatoes in slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on High heat setting about 3 hours or until center is set, edges are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
