SLOW-COOKER COWBOY CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Brown meat with celery, carrots and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat, stirring frequently; spoon into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
- Add beans, tomatoes, water and bouillon cube; stir. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
- Add rice and barbecue sauce; mix well. Cook, covered, 20 min.
- Sprinkle with cheese.

- 1. Put chopped onion in the bottom of the crockpot. Layer with browned ground beef, sliced potatoes and beans. Spread tomatoes mixed with the flour over all. Sprinkle with seasonings as desired. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours
