SLOPPY JOES WITH CHICKEN GUMBO SOUP
These Sloppy Joes live up to their name and make a delicious & hearty meal that comes together in 20 minutes or less!

Steps:
- In a large skillet, season ground beef with salt & pepper. Cook over medium-high heat while breaking into small pieces. When beef is almost no longer pink, add in chopped onion & celery. Sauté 3-4 minutes until celery & onion are tender.
- Add in chicken gumbo soup, ketchup & mustard. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 4-5 minutes.
- To serve, place a scoop of sloppy joe mixture on a fresh hamburger bun. Add sliced cheese or pickles, if desired.

My grandma made it for my mom, my mom made it for me and now I make it for my husband and son. It's the only way I know how to make it and it's the only kind I've ever tasted. We love it and it's supposedly not like traditional sloppy joes. It's easy, quick and requires very few ingredients.

Steps:
- In skillet, cook chopped onion until soft.
- Add ground beef, crumbling and breaking it up while cooking it.
- When meat is brown, remove from heat and drain fat.
- Place back on stove and add two cans of chicken gumbo soup. Stir together until it begins to bubble.
- Stir in catsup.
- Simmer for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
- Ready to serve on hamburger buns.
