These Taco Sloppy Joes are the perfect mix of two dinnertime favorites! They are quick, easy to make, and a total crowd pleaser. Load them up with your favorite toppings and serve for an awesome dinner or for parties and tailgates!

Steps:
- Brown ground, chopped onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain grease and add the taco seasoning and salsa.
- Reduce heat to medium low and cook for about 5 more minutes until mixture has thickened and is heated through. Add up to 1/2 cup of water to achieve desired consistency. Serve over hamburgers buns and add desired toppings such as shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, avocado, guacamole, or sour cream. Enjoy!

SLOPPY JOE CUPS
These Sloppy Joe Cups are a fun, flavorful and easy weeknight dinner recipe! They are made with a simple homemade sloppy joe filling, crescent dough and cheese!

- Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large skillet over medium-low heat melt the butter once hot. Add the onion and green bell pepper and cook until softened, 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the garlic and stir in until fragrant about 30 seconds. Add the ground beef, break it up in the pan and brown it until there is no pink left. If there is a lot of excess fat or water in the pan, drain the beef.
- Add the beef stock, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the pan.
- Stir it in until combined. Bring to a simmer, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take off the heat and set aside.
- Roll out the crescent dough on a clean work surface and cut it into 8 even squares.
- Generously grease 8 sections of a muffin tin with baking spray and gently press in the crescent dough into the sections making sure the corners overlap the sides.
- Evenly distribute the filling among the cups.
- Overlap the corners over the filling.
- Add the cheese on top of each of the cups.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Then serve!

- Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the oil. When hot, add the meat, cayenne, cumin and some salt and pepper. Cook, without stirring, until the meat is browned on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Break it up with a wooden spoon, then add the onions and garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add the tomato, liquid, mustard and sugar, if using, to the pan and bring to a simmer; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toast the tortillas or buns. Serve the sloppy joe mixture on the tortillas or buns and top with your favorite toppers.
