- Prepare cake mix batter according to package directions; fill 24 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 375° for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely., For filling, cream the shortening, butter, confectioners' sugar, milk and food coloring until light and fluffy. Cut a small hole in the corner of a pastry or plastic bag; insert #7 round tip. Add filling. Push the tip through the bottoms of paper liners to fill cupcakes (the top of the cupcakes will begin to expand when they are full)., In a small bowl, combine the frosting ingredients; frost cupcakes. Combine glaze ingredients; drizzle over frosting.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes. Cool in pans 10 min. Remove from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
- Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Stir in 3 or 4 drops green food coloring; spoon into pastry bag fitted with round tip. Refrigerate until ready to use as directed.
- Cut cone-shape piece from top of each cupcake; set aside. Pipe pudding into cupcakes, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each. Replace cupcake tops.
- Spoon frosting into medium bowl; stir in remaining food coloring. Add COOL WHIP; whisk until blended. Spread onto cupcakes. Decorate with remaining ingredients as shown in photo.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
- Make cupcakes as directed on box. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- In medium bowl, add 3/4 cup of the frosting and food color to desired shade of green; mix well. Spoon tinted frosting into decorating bag fitted with 1/8 to 1/4 inch round tip. Insert tip in center of 1 cupcake, about halfway down. Gently squeeze bag, pulling upward until cupcake swells slightly and filling comes to top. Repeat with remaining cupcakes.
- Spoon remaining non-tinted frosting into another decorating bag fitted with 1/8 to 1/4 inch round tip. Generously pipe frosting in circular motion on top of each cupcake, leaving 1/4-inch border around edge. Using photo as a guide, decorate tops with cereal and candy sprinkles.
