2 cups spinach (or up to 3 cups, organic is always best)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 -2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana (frozen, if you have it)
2 tablespoons flax seeds

Steps:

  • Blend everything in the blender.
  • Garnish with a strawberry.
  • Enjoy!
  • (note - servings are large).

4 cups dark leafy greens - spinach works well
1 cucumber, diced
½ cup water
1 lime, juiced
4 carrots, peeled and diced
1 apple, cored and diced
1 orange, peeled
1 cup strawberries
1 scoop Truvani Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
1 cup ice (optional)

Steps:

  • Put dark leafy greens, cucumber, lime juice, water into a high speed blender and blend for a minute.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

1 cup chopped ripe strawberries (5 large strawberries)
1 cup chopped seeded watermelon
1 cup chopped fresh peach
1 cup raspberry sorbet
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Steps:

  • Place the strawberries, watermelon, peach, sorbet, and orange juice in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Add more orange juice if you'd like it a little less thick. Serve immediately in tall glasses with straws.
