SINFUL POTATOES
I was so tired of the typical side dishes. I decided to look on the internet for something new and ran across this one dish that I have been raving about to all my friends. Be sure to make plenty because people will ask for seconds!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix everything together and place in a 9x13 glass casserole dish and bake for about an hour or until a nice light brown crust forms on top.
- Make sure potatoes are tender and the middle is heated all the way through.
- DO NOT USE a 3 quart dish or the middle will not be done.

- Cook bacon and crumble.
- Combine all ingredients (reserving approximately half of the cheese) mix well and put in a 9 x 13 pan. Then use the rest of cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake for 45 minute to 1 hours at 350 degrees.

- Preheat oven to 350º. 2 Melt cheese in heavy pan over low heat, stirring. 3 Add mayonnaise and potatoes to cheese and mix well. 4 Put into a 9x13-inch baking pan and top with bacon. 5 Bake, uncovered for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

- Melt the cheese in a double boiler and mix with the potatoes and mayonnaise. Put mixture into a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish and top with the crumbled bacon. Bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes.

- 1. Fry bacon, set aside to cool. Crumble bacon. Save 2 Tablespoons bacon grease.
- 2. Saute' onions in grease. Drain and set aside.
