1 head romaine lettuce - rinsed, dried and chopped
1 head red leaf lettuce - rinsed, dried and chopped
1 leaf green leaf lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
1 (5 ounce) package baby arugula leaves, washed and dried
1 head endive - rinsed, dried and chopped
1 cup frisee lettuce leaves - rinsed, dried, and chopped
1 cup dandelion leaves - rinsed, dried and chopped
1 cup escarole - rinsed, dried and chopped
1 cup Batavia lettuce - rinsed, dried and chopped
3 leaves fresh basil, chopped
3 leaves fresh tarragon, chopped
3 sprigs fresh dill, chopped

Steps:

  • Place the romaine, red and green leaf lettuce, arugula, endive, frisee lettuce, dandelion leaves, escarole, Batavia lettuce, basil, tarragon, and dill into a large salad bowl, and toss lightly to combine.

1 (5 ounce) bag mesclun lettuce salad mix
1 (5 ounce) package baby spinach
1 (5 ounce) package baby arugula
1 small head endive, sliced
¼ cup coarsely chopped parsley
¼ cup coarsely chopped dill
¼ cup coarsely chopped tarragon

Steps:

  • Place mesclun lettuce, baby spinach, baby arugula, endive, parsley, dill, and tarragon in a large bowl; fold gently to mix together.
  • Transfer mixture to a a gallon-size resealable plastic bag and seal, pressing out as much air as possible to avoid condensation. Store in the refrigerator.
