SHRIMP VERSAILLES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to BROIL. Lightly grease a 1 to 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of margarine and saute the green onions. Toss in shrimp and saute until pink, about 5 minutes.
- Remove shrimp with slotted spoon and set aside. Add cream cheese and milk to skillet, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Stir in Swiss cheese, wine, cooked shrimp, and red pepper. Cook until all cheese is melted and shrimp are heated through.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons of melted margarine, sprinkle over shrimp mixture.
- Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.

- 2. Cook green onions in 3 Tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat til tender. Add shrimp. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or til shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon
- 3. Add cream cheese and milk to skillet; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, til cheese melts. Stir in Swiss cheese and wine. Add shrimp and red pepper; cook, stirring constantly just til heated. Pour shrimp mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix breadcrumbs and 2 Tbsp. butter; sprinkle over casserole. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 3 to 5 minutes or til golden. serve shrimp mixture over hot cooked pasta. Makes 6 servings.
