1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
2 fully ripe avocados
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
juice from 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)
1 large garlic clove
2 tsp. chili-lime seasoning, divided
1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeño pepper, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package. Meanwhile, process avocados, sour cream, lime juice, garlic and 1 tsp. chili-lime seasoning in food processor until smooth; spoon into resealable plastic bag.
  • Mix oil and remaining chili-lime seasoning until blended. Toss with shrimp in medium bowl; cook in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
  • Top TATER TOTS with cheese; bake 3 min. or until melted.
  • Sprinkle cabbage, then cilantro over TATER TOTS. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of guacamole-filled bag; use to drizzle guacamole over Totchos. Top with shrimp and peppers.
