Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Heat oil in pan and add onion.
- Cook until well browned.
- Add garlic, parsley and dill.
- Stir in mustard and sugar.
- Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add shrimp to the sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve with rice.

Steps:
- Add onion to chicken stock; cook, stirring, until onion starts to brown.
- Add fresh garlic, dill, and parsley; if you use dried you will need less.
- Stir in dry mustard.
- Add tomatoes, thyme, and capers.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Add uncooked shrimp to a 1-1/2 quart casserole.
- Cover with sauce.
- Top with feta and mozzarella cheeses.
- Sprinkle with olives.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
