1/2 Cup Mayo
2 Tablespoons Horseradish
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Onion (cut into small chunks)
1 Can Tiny Shrimp (drained)

Steps:

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all the ingredients.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Serve with ripple chips or crackers or it can be used as a filling for Shrimp Puffs.
  • Cover tightly and store in refrigerator. Best to use it within a couple or so days.
  • Mix well before serving. Can garnish with more Shrimps on top.

My grandmother's old-fashioned shrimp dip is a retro classic that has been enjoyed at social gatherings and holiday parties for decades!

8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 green onions, chopped
2 cups finely-chopped cooked shrimp ((about 8 ounces total))
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Optional garnish: additional chopped fresh parsley or chopped green onion; small shrimp; a dash of paprika
Optional, for serving: crackers, celery sticks, potato chips, French baguette

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Fold in green onions, shrimp, and parsley.

My mom has been making this yummy dip for as long as I can remember. Now we eat it whenever we go on vacations to the beach together. The hardest part of this recipe is finding the Cream of Shrimp soup, although we're lucky, and our grocery store seems to have it most of the time!

1 can(s) cream of shrimp soup (i always use campbells)
1 8 oz bar of cream cheese (low fat is ok)

Steps:

  • 1. Open both ingredients and combine them in a blender.
  • 2. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with potato chips.
  • 3. Cover tightly and store leftovers in the refrigerator. This dip does not get better with age, but it does keep for about 3 days.

Garlic salt/powder (to taste) - add small amount and let chill - stir in more later after flavors develop together, if desired
2 cans tiny shrimp - rinsed and drained
Potato chips

  • Whip first 4 ingredients until thickened.
  • Stir in shrimp.

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of shrimp soup (If you can't find thus substitute with Cream if Celery and two drops of red food coloring)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (4 ounce) can small shrimp, divided (rinse, drain)
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
