1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count) or 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
1/3 cup garlic-and-herbs spreadable cheese (from 5.2- to 6.5-oz container)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped cooked shrimp
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (2 medium)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; cut into 4 rectangles.
  • Spread cheese over each rectangle. Sprinkle each with shrimp and onions; press in lightly.
  • Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle; press edge to seal. With serrated knife, cut each roll into 8 slices; place cut side down on cookie sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup finely chopped cooked shrimp
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon milk
2 (8 ounce) cans crescent rolls
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon water

Steps:

  • Combine shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and milk and mix well.
  • Spoon 2 T of mixture onto the middle of separated crescent rolls dough.
  • Roll up as directed on package and place on baking sheet.
  • Brush rolls with mixture of egg and water and bake at 375 deegrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup apricot preserves
24 shelled deveined cooked medium shrimp
24 sprigs fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough into 1 long rectangle; gently press perforations to seal. Place curry powder in small strainer. Shake strainer to sprinkle dough with curry powder; sprinkle evenly with coconut.
  • Starting with one long side, roll up dough, jelly-roll fashion. With serrated knife, cut roll into 24 slices; place, cut side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375°F. for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; place on wire rack. Cool 10 minutes or until completely cooled.
  • To serve, top each appetizer with 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves and 1 shrimp. Garnish each appetizer with cilantro sprig.

1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup seafood cocktail sauce
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
24 cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Steps:

  • In a greased 13x9-in. baking dish, unroll crescent dough into a long rectangle; seal seams and perforations. Bake at 375° until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. , In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, dill and salt until smooth. Spread over crust. Top with the seafood sauce, green pepper, onion, cheese and shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into squares.

1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls
2 cups low-fat swiss cheese, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 lb small shrimp, cooked
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray miniature muffin tin with oil spray.
  • Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle.
  • Cut rectangle into 24 squares. Press dough squares into muffin cups, pushing around to fit.
