SHOEPEG CORN & GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Mix corn and beans. Pour into buttered dish. Mix sour cream, soup, onions and cheese. Pour over beans and corn.
- Sprinkle almonds over top. Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Sprinkle over top of almonds.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

I have been making this for years. It is easy and very delicious and makes a very good looking dish to take to a covered dish social.

Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients together except margarine and crackers.
- 2. Pour into a sprayed 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- 3. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top and then evenly distribute margarine over crackers.
- 4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
- 5. NOTE: I use 1 stack of Town House or Ritz for the crackers.
