- In a bowl mix together, soy,rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, chopped ginger, 2 tsps. sesame oil cornstarch and pepper flakes, set aside.
- To 2 cups boiling water andd two beef ramen noodles, 1 seasoning packet, 4 scallions and 1 teaspoons sesame oil. Cook one minute, remove from heat; let stand covered.
- In a large skillet heat oil, add boneless sirloin and garlic and stir fry until lightly browned. Remove beef, keep warm. Add second Tbls. of oil add asparagus; stir fry until done to your taste.
- Add beef and soy mixture to skillet. Stir fry until thickened. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed and more green onions. Toss with noodles and serve.

- Heat vegetable oil in heavy large skillet over high heat. Add onion; stir-fry 1 minute. Add asparagus; stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Add beef; stir-fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add 1/3 cup water and hoisin sauce. Cook until sauce is bubbling and coats beef and vegetables, stirring often, about 2 minutes. Stir in sesame oil. - Remove 1 tablespoon zest and 1/4 cup juice from 1 orange. Peel and section remaining 2 oranges.
- Bring water and brown rice to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender and liquid has been absorbed, 45 to 50 minutes.
- Stir together zest, orange juice, broth, soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, marmalade, sesame oil, and salt in a small bowl. Whisk in cornstarch.
- Coat a wok or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef until browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. - Trim fat from steak; rub surface of steak with five-spice powder. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add beef, and stir-fry 4 minutes. Add bell peppers, and stir-fry 2 minutes. - 2. In medium bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Remove 2 tbsp; set aside. Stack beef steaks; cut lengthwise in half and then crosswise into 1" wide strips. Add beef to remaining marinade in bowl; toss to coat.
