Number Of Ingredients 6

2 c finely ground oreo cookies (about 15 cookies)
1/4 c butter
1-1/2 c chopped nuts
1 c flaked coconut
1 can(s) (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg (10 ounces) chocolate and mint morsels

Steps:

  • 1. In a small mixing bowl, stir together melted butter and finely ground Oreo cookies. Press mixture onto bottom of a greased and floured 13 X 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with coconut . Pour condensed milk evenly over top. Sprinkle with morsels and nuts; press down slightly.
  • 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until coconut is light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.

2 cups about 15 finely ground cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 cup flaked coconut
1 (14 ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 2/3 cups NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Dark Chocolate & Mint Morsels

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  • MELT butter in 13 x 9-inch baking pan in oven; remove from oven. Sprinkle cookie crumbs over butter. Stir well; press mixture onto bottom of pan. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over top. Sprinkle with morsels; press down slightly.
  • BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until coconut is light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.

2 cup(s) 12 ounce package semi sweet chocolate chips
1 package(s) 8 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup(s) 5.3 ounce can evaporated milk
1 cup(s) chopped walnuts
1/4 cup(s) sesame seeds (optional)
1/2 teaspoon(s) almond extract
3 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) butter
2 - eggs
1/2 teaspoon(s) almond extract

Steps:

  • Combine chocolate chips, cream cheese, and evaporated milk in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, sesame seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. Blend well; set aside.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl; blend well with mixer until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press half the mixture in greased 13x9 inch pan; spread with chocolate mixture. For topping, sprinkle rest of crumbs over filling. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut into bars.
