- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the chicken pieces in a large baking dish; pour the water into the bottom of the dish. Arrange the potatoes around and over the chicken pieces. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture; season with the rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone should read 180 degrees F (82 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place the breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. Whisk together the wine, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetable oil in a small bowl; pour the wine mixture over the chicken breasts. Cover the entire dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven about 45 minutes; uncover the dish and spoon the liquid from the pan over the breasts. Recover with foil and bake until the juices run clear, another 20 to 30 minutes.

This stuffed one I came up with one evening while deciding what to do with the chicken breasts I had thawed out. It was a hit in our household, and I've made it again since I came up with it! My husband loves this wrapped in bacon, I like it better without.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Mix ham, mayonnaise, sour cream, Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika together in a large bowl. Place 1/2 cup mixture on each chicken breast. Roll chicken over filling, wrap with 2 slices bacon, and secure with toothpicks.

- Place the chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. On top of each breast place a large spoonful of soup and a slice of cheese. - Grease the bottom and sides of slow cooker.
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients except fresh herbs. Pour over chicken.

- Cook pasta, al dente, drain and rinse with cold water; drain well.
- Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Drain pineapple, saving juice.
- Gently stir all ingredients together, adding as much of the reserved pineapple juice as needed to moisten.
- Save any extra pineapple juice in case you need to add more after salad has chilled and absorbed some of the dressing.
- Chill well.

- 2. In a bowl mix your sour cream, dry onion soup and mushroom soup together and spread mixture over top of breasts. Sprinkle freshly chopped basil or oregano (I used both)
- 3. On lowest setting, cover your crock and let it cook 4 hours. Makes a wonderful gravy for mashed potatoes or biscuits. Hope you enjoy!
