- If your shrimp is frozen, thaw before using. Peel shrimp leaving tails intact and devein.
- In a small saucepan using medium-high heat, melt margarine or butter and oil. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes; remove from the heat and stir in wine, parsley, lemon peel, and ground pepper. Set aside.
- Using 6-inch long appetizer skewers (if wooden skewers soak for at least 30 minutes in water to avoid scorching)thread shrimp, green onion, and pepper pieces and brush with garlic mixture.
- Grill the shrimp and vegetable skewers on a grill rack directly over medium heat for approximately 6 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Turn once and brush with garlic mixture halfway through grilling. Serve immediately.

- Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for a minumum of 30 minutes.
- Set grill for high heat.
- In a large bowl mix together softened butter, olive oil, garlic, shallots, chives, paprika, salt and pepper; add in the shrimp; toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Lighty oil the grill grate.
- Cook shrimp as close to the flame as possible for about 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp are opaque in colour.

- Combine shrimp, onions, lemon juice and garlic in medium bowl. Cover and marinate 10 minutes.
- Alternately thread shrimp, onions and lemon slices on skewers*. Grill or broil, turning once and spraying with 10 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray Original, 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- Just before serving, spray with remaining 10 Sprays.
- *If using wooden skewers, soak in water at least 30 minutes prior to use.
